We stand behind our products. In the event you receive any product from us which is broken or otherwise non-functioning upon ARRIVAL, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) and we will arrange for repair or replacement. Do not return any items without receiving authorization from us.
FOR EACH AND OTHER REPAIRS HAS DIFFERENT CHARGES, YOU NEED TO CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION
Please pack the merchandise carefully with a COPY of the original INVOICE in a small box or bubble envelope. We take care of items returned WITH the invoice usually within 30 days. However it may take up to 90 days for us to take care of items returned WITHOUT the invoice.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. We do NOT refund shipping charges, unless we made an error.
PLEASE NOTE: Claims on broken glass, dead battery, missing watch parts as well as wear & tear caused by customer, third party and/or inventory aging after customer receiving merchandise are NOT covered by us.
